Kinesiology is a non-invasive, gentle therapy technique. It uses muscle testing or monitoring to assess your mental/emotional, physical/structural, and biochemical states to find the imbalance. Through this you are able to work with your bodies intelligence to access its inner knowledge. Kinesiology works through directly accessing the muscular feedback from your body (through muscle testing). It involves applying light pressure to chosen muscles which will either show a strength or weakness according to the question asked.
